This project entails the design, build, finance and operation of the new Gloucestershire County Police Headquarters. The ￡30m construction cost provides a state-of-the-art building with high-tech communications, training and gym facilities, plus flexible office accommodation.

The consortium, which will provide full FM services throughout the concession period of 25 years, started service delivery in December 2005. MAMG is responsible for the provision of full SPV Management Services that commenced at Financial Close in March 2004.
