About Mill Asset Management

The Mill Asset Management team has over a decade of PFI experience.

Since 1998 the team has successfully bid and secured 24 PFI projects, and now provides full SPV management services to all of them. With the benefit of this experience we can offer a full range of SPV management services as well as consultancy services that can be tailored to clients' specific needs.

The diversity of the IIC, NUPPP and DIF PFI portfolios enables us to offer our experience in the sectors of education, health, street lighting, social housing, libraries, offices and LIFT. In all these sectors we have in depth knowledge of the construction and operation of PFI projects.

Involvement in the creation and management of these investment portfolios has given Mill Asset Management unique access to a wide range of building and FM contractors, as well as senior lenders and professional consultants. Our experience is constantly being enhanced and tested through our current involvement in the management of the IIC, DIF and NUPPP portfolios.

We focus on securing and enhancing returns to investors in PFI projects, which we achieve by maintaining strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors and adopting sound project management techniques.

Successful management of PFI projects calls for a comprehensive understanding of the contractual arrangements between all the parties to the contract, a clear understanding of the constraints within which they are required to operate, and in-depth experience of implementing them.
